Prelibato - White Balsamic Vinegar
Prelibato is a delicate, bright, and tart balsamic vinegar made from white Trebbiano grapes. It retains a lovely light color and a fluid, smooth consistency, having been aged for five years in a wood barrel from an ash tree. This entirely natural product has no artificial colors, additives, or preservatives. It possesses a vibrant, nuanced flavor profile, with hints of green apple and pear.
About Acetaia Malpighi
Dating back to 1850, the fifth generation of the Malpighi Family still owns and operates the company to this day. Their mission has always been to produce "real and genuine natural vinegar." The grapes are grown in their own vineyard, absorbing the unique terroir of Modena, Italy. The harvested grapes are then crushed and prepared right there on the family farm, going from earth to barrel to bottle, all in one place.
Tips For Use
Prelibato's light, bright flavors shine when drizzled over fresh fruit salads, seafood dishes, or paired with sharp, tangy cheeses. Its tartness can also enhance marinades for poultry and pork, while a splash can uplift pasta salads, baked vegetables, or fresh summer berries. It can also be a delectable addition to desserts like panna cotta, lemon sorbet, or even in a refreshing summer cocktail.
